friendlies and manually arranged?

Arranging friendlies for reserves with PL teams seem to work... though getting whacked each game by these PL reserve teams does nothing for morale.

I've tried to arranged friendlies with other Conference South Reserve teams but only have 50% success rate.

I want the Reserves playing continually.

Keep arranging these friendlies?

Arranging friendlies for your reserves team is fine. I'm not sure it's worth it, but each to their own.

Are your reserves not playing regularly in their own league?

Arranging a friendly with your first team against your reserves would be interesting. Is this possible? I haven't tried that yet.

This is the problem I have.

There seems seems to be no pre-determined Reserve team fixtures. I'm arranging all Reserve team games through friendlies.

Quite time consuming.

You can arrange reserves matches with your firsts or under age side if you want. Teams in the conf regionals don't have competitive reserve fixtures, no.

Wasn't sure if you had a reserve league or not, good idea arranging friendlies for them, but an option to get the coach to do it would be good.

As for getting assman to arrange friendlies for your ressies, I don't think he will. It's part of playing in the conf. regionals. As I said earlier, I don't bother. If I need to call on them, so be it. Every other team is in the same boat.

If I bother, I set up games between the reserves and U18s. Doesn't really take that long.
