I have a computer with a processer of pentimun4 3.0ghz and 512mb ram.I tend to start game with around 28 leagues from 13 nations.How many retaining files which is made by nations can I run?

Look. This forum is all about realism. If you choose, say England, and retain Bahrain or whatever, at some point in the future the English leagues will be 'filled' with Bahranese players. Now, is that realistic?

Choose the leagues you want to include, but don't touch the retain menu. None should be selected.

And read the forum header. You don't seem to have a clue what we're on about here.

We don't use retaining files. You can use the retain players from certain nations in the game preference screen (but think about it realistically and with the possibility of it unbalancing your save), but no extra files.
