Having played FM/CM for many a year, plugging away with occasional success and reading the FM forum on (have mercy) another website, I thought starting at the bottom and getting to the top was an enjoyment only I knew about.
I've recently discovered the SI forum,you guys and know I'm not alone. It's beautiful. (I think this post is part inspired by my watching Contact last night)
Btw, just finishing my 1st season with St Albans and the lads are staying in the Conf National - just. Having read some of the other posts in here, I know finishing one season is pretty pathetic but, alas, other commitments have come to light in the recent past.
I sometimes still yearn for those 4am FM moments...
It's OK Iajafer, it was some crappy website that I can't remember the name of (lie) where I had the pleasure of reading various people's posts regarding how many trophies they'd won with Man U/Arsenal/Barca etc while I was struggling with a players revolt at Grimsby
And I've also noted the 3 seasons rule which, at current playing rate, means you won't be getting an update till the end of this year (real time obviously, not game time)
While I'm posting though, I must just tell you about my other FM game where I've just completed my 16th successive treble with Chelsea...
