Mr Figo, I set it to 'automatic' when setting the game up so I imagine I was 'Unproven' and now I am 'National'. Though I'm fairly sure it's only very recently changed from Regional, possibly due to the cup run I am on.

National already? I'm still 'Unproven' although we've been in the National for a while. Haven't had any cup success though. Unless getting beaten as early as possible counts as success
