I'm with Nobby :bigalp: in that I go for the win, but invariably my load of old duffers are also a load of bottlers and I'm left anxiously watching the latest scores on one half of the match screen.

I couldn't pull a few wins together all first half of the season and lift Weston-super-Mare out of the relegation zone. So when Gillingham (18th in League Two) came knocking, I felt it was in my best interests to accept.
League: 13th
Out of all cups in the first round before I took over.
The team I inherited was very good already; made no signings during the January transfer window. Very optimistic about next season with the current group of players I have. A playoff place next season is certainly within reach.
