Not been checking many threads here so sorry if discussed already, but the other day I decided to change the way I view the attributes. Gone is the number system and I've flipped over to the "visual" attributes which are just colored bars. Has this always been an option?
I know it's just a visual representation of said number, but I'm starting to prefer it. Anyone else?
Combined with the overview screen it gives a nice portrait of a player rather than simply numbers.
It was in 06, not sure if it was before. Tried it, but didn't like it. I judge double-digits as good players, and it was hard to easily spot the same with the bars.
That's why I like it though. I feel like seeing the numbers is like, oh okay, he's fifteen. Whereas seeing just the bar it's a guess of about where he's at. Which is good enough. I don't need to know his exact numbers.
Good for LLM I think.
Sure it takes a little getting used to, but I likes it.

To be honest, this is probably a more realistic way in which to view players.

I found it hard to see subtle differences in the bars - bars+numbers would have been my favourite but I think you can't do that.
That's what I like. I'm not concerned of 10 v 9 or 12 v 10. I focus more on overall picture and a gut feeling on form.
