Hello Everyone,
( I know it's been a while )
right now I am playing Basingstoke, and they have yet to turn into a professional team and it is killing my ability to bring in new talent.
Have you all run into this problem?

It's a double-edged sword. You get talent or a fried economy. Not both.

I'm into my 5th season and have still not gone Pro. Hopefully soon though.
