Actually, tbh they'd have to get relegated from Conference North and reenter the game. No current team seems to want to hire me. But that's another story.

My habit is to start at the bottom and then see how low I can go. Seriously - allow me to clarify. Each savegame is of course with the lowest division in a country, but rather than go with Frank, each campaign I try to find a league where the overall quality is lower than the one before. Currently I'm in N.Ireland; next might be India since in FM05 and 06 I've found the weakest teams in India to be far poorer than English Conf N/S. I rarely achieve more than one promotion in a campaign - doesn't wind me up though since that's all part of the LLM fun.
