Finally i found the solution!

I couldnt sign any youths players for the first team, cause they all were 15 years old. I only have one player, who is 16.

He is eligible to play in the league and i can play further

I think, if you leave a spot open on the match day sheet, the empty position also counts towards all regulations. You forfeit the right to field a full squad of 16 (?) players then though

There are seven subs at that level I believe.
