hi i am oxford united i am in season 2014 and i am in the chapionship and as much as i try i can't get out of this league any tips anyone ie players tactics i got about 1 mill to spend cos i have been doing a bit of wheeling and dealing.

I've posted some hints and tips in the sticky thread at the top of the forum, with regards to specific tactics or player tipped - I prefer to avoid that if possible simply because to me working out your own tactics is half of the fun.

I'd always suggest building from the back - that is working out a solid dependable defense and then tweaking things to score more goals ... but thats just down to my dour defensive nature really and personal preference
