OK I take that back I have not lost a game at home yet

But away from home I am doing terrible I have only won 2 out of 6 games and lost the other 4.
you may have to ease off on the attacking front. maybe take forward runs off full backs or off midfielders. as your players get used to the tactic it starts to work away from home. i find this every season for some reason

Hi,
Now have played 1 season with this tatic as Arsenal (introduced after about 10 games) and what a difference. Finished 3rd but won with European Cup and semis in all other cups.
Yes this is v unstable away from home but generally I neutralised the over attacking nature by playing 2 DMCs either side of the AMC - seemed to work quite well - great tactic

Well after some so so results with my own set up I went with this after quarter of a season with my Darlington team. In the end I finished 2nd and got promotion from League two in my first season.

Normally when I get in the lead at home I knock down to normal mentality. If I’m away from home I knock down to normal and take off forward runs on the full backs. If I get even further in front I switch on counter attacking.

After a couple of non descript seasons with my beloved Liverpool and only winning the league cup (yay), I discovered and tried his wonderful tactic. Wow! was my response!
Its not perfect and I have lost games (probably about 5 in three seasons in all competitions but I have won lots and I tend to keep the tactic the same away from home to avoid fiddling, and although all teh games I have los have been away, I have beaten the other three top teams below me away from home at least once!
So thanks for the wonderful tactic, I'm going to try it with Wigan, Derby and a conference side and see how i go!
Cheers!

Does this tactic get sussed after a while? i had 3 great seasons using it as Liverpool. won the prem 3 times plus a load of cups (did the treble in the 3rd season). But in my last 2 seasons, i've being losing to teams i was thrashing. I have the same players (Lula, Oré, Llorent, Alonso, Saviola, cissé Tales etc).It still does the business in Europe, as i've won my 3rd champions league trophy now. Any suggestions??
