Do what I'm doing, and sell all the players and replace them with oldies! I'm only buying players aged 36+. Managed to avoid relegation in first season and in 2nd season i've beaten Arsenal, Newcastle and Chelsea! I don't have any tactis, just play 4-4-2 and oly change the team if someone is Injured.
