In my game with Olympiakos, 3 seasons and 3 Greek championships and 1 Greek cup won. Finances are going well and we are rich. In start of the game club chairman loved the club and wouldnt even dream of leaving, now he is looking to leave as soon as possible, why?

I think it's due own problems, but I'm not sure.

Also his age can be a factor.

Ye it's mainly due to his age if it isn't at the start of the game. Also attributes such as loyalty etc.

But at the start of his board and fan confidence will affect it.

When I joined Caersws, the chairmen wanted to leave and there were also rumours of a takeover. In the 3rd season, after 2 failed takeovers, the rumours stopp and the chairmen status changed rom "Wants to leave" to "Will never leave the club he loves"

Probably down to the fact that in the first 2 seasons, I was fighting relegation, then challenging for Europe in season 3. Club performance is obviously a factor

If he's too old, he'll want to leave. If you're doing a shitty job, he'll want to leave.
