there were no dividends last year for chelsea, now there is. i take it this is a bug?
Abravovitch as an individual has loaned, not given Chelsea Ltd over £400M since he purchased them.
There has not been any dividend so far in real life as Chelsea has been trading at a massive loss, but if in the game they are making excessive profits then it is perfectly reasonable to me for him to claw some of it back.
He dint loan...he invested. Also a 1 man company can get dividends...Abramovich can take all the money out as dividend if he wants to. However its not owned just by Abramovich...the chairman also owns a tiny little bit like 0.001%

Loaned, invested, makes no real difference as he owns Chelsea outright. Just double checked - he's put £440M in). Shareholders (Abramovitch) are still entitled to take whatever proportion of profits they want as a dividend, as it appears they have in the case in question.

Nope, any limited company can pay out dividends to the shareholders, not just plc's. </BLOCKQUOTE>
