I've added the whole target thing to allow FM08 to be windowed, and my screen resolution for my laptop is at 1280 by 768 pixels.

Yet I've noticed that I have to scroll down to see some of the attributes which is really annoying.

Any idea how I can sort it out so I don't have to keep scrolling to see stats?

unfortunately, theres nothing you can do about it. My laptop is the same. Its just the price you pay for playing windowed mode on a laptop.

You can move the taskbar to the side of the screen to avoid this problem

The thing at the bottom of your monitor, the one where you minimize your applications to?

Click and hold anywhere on it, then drag it to the left or right hand side of the screen. It should move it there. If you don't like it, just click and hold, drag it back to where you like.
