When the manager makes a sub, can I suggest the manger can give the player boost of confidence and special tatics and praise to certain players or telling other players if they don't pick up their game they will be subed next!
Other suggestion I have which frustrates me is that if you buy a young 'developement player'.. Just because I do not play them straight away and the fans want reasons why you signed that player.. Suggestion is, when you sign a player you can tell the fans what sort of a player he will be with a bit of a press statement (e.g. a developemt player or a key player)..
Also the fans make themselves known that they are not happy with a players performance via a press release with the manager being able to agree or or disagree with the fans with giving a reason too.
Give the oppotunity to the manger to discuss recent dip in forms with players privately insted of via the public
On the 'Watching the match screen' Allow you to zoom in on an incident 'Was it or wasn't it a penalty' From a bird's eye view in 3D motion to allow managers to see for sure it if wasn't or was a foul cause at the moment, Half the time your guessing if it was or wasn't a penalty and run the risk of fines etc.. Bit radical I know but it would help managers greatly
Just working my way through the game and have come up with another suggestion..
When fighting relagation or aiming for the title/ playoffs etcetc.. Set a point's target for the team to achieve and work towards with a reward of hitting that target with a squad cash bonus.
