Default African players on international duty
Anyone ever notice their African internationals getting a virus quite often when on international duty? I had Kamara and Samba both come back with a virus and in a previous game had Jean II Makoun end up with a viral infection. I've never limited a players international career before but I might start thinking about it. Wonder if Redknapp is worried about this irl.

Yeah, Africa not exactly the most advanced places in terms of healthcare...
