BG is nice, but I think there's to much going on here, maybe reduce the amount of pictures and make something really stand out, like a player, text is good also.

Its nice for a first attempt but yeaha i agree with poffeman, there's tooo much. The text and render have to improve, but don't worry about that. With time, it will. The more exposure you get to other ppl's work, the better you'll get.
