I am chelsea and have finished my third season i have won 3 league titles and 7 cups in my time. Now aslot of my players want to leave.

Cech - Achieved all he can atthe club
Cole - Wants a new challange
Bridge - Wants a new challenge
Essien - Achieved all he can at the club
Fred - Wants to move

Now why would they want to leave when they all are in my starting team and we are winning trophies.

Does this happen to you and is there anything that can be done to stop it?

You got too good. Which will make it boring for the players. I'd be pretty bored too if I was you. Can't be much fun walking it every season.

Has always happened on previous versions of FM, doesn't matter who you are or how much you win, the players will get bored and want new challenges. Nothing you can do i'm afraid

Most players don't want to stay with the same club too long anyways. Yes it happens to everyone it is very hard to keep the same core group together for more than a handful of years.

Perhaps they are no longer one with you. Your tactics are dire, the fans are on your back, you've basically lost the dressing room mate(no not exactly, just being friendly to strangers, dont wanna be too friendly :o)
