Just an idea...

In real life, when a manager moves clubs he usually takes a team of people with him, e.g. assisstant manager, coaches etc.

We have seen this recently with Fabio Capello and his "Italian Team". Also, Steve Bruce and Eric Black joining Wigan from Birmingham.

My thought is that this option could be included in the negotiations when approached to manage a club and be an important function for changing clubs.

Don't know if this has been discussed before but have been thinking about it for a while. What does everybody think?

I've had coaches and assistants leave with me in FM08.

I like the idea of throwing some staff into the contract negotiations.

I'm pretty sure that in FM08 if you've been with your assistant for a while he will follow you out of the club as a sign of loyalty to you.

When I left Brighton 6 people from the staff left with me. Only managed to employ half of them for my new team though :/

Yeah, when I resigned as Spurs manager after 5 long years, Pincolini walked out with me.
Got hired my AC Milan, and tried to offer a contract to Pincolini, but it would "take a very large offer for him to even consider agreeing terms". Why leave Spurs then?? :o
