Default how do i patch up a friend?
sorry if this is in the wrong place

my friend and his partner have just had a wee girl and they had to make some cut backs on the non essentuals, eg, the internet!

he's was gutted finding out about the bug that stops the 2nd season in scotland not loading up plus others little ones!

is there anyway of him getting the patch 8.0.1 without the internet? or is it tough luck?

Well, if he has a CD copy, it should be as easy as downloading the patch, putting it on a portable storage device (cd or memory stick) and taking it to him.

i'll try the memory stick, thats when i find it, he's hiding here somewhere under a mountian of papers and tatics notes.
