Hi everybody. Just wanted to hear if anyone had been experiencing a massive amount of yellow cards being given to especially their central midfielders in a classic 4-4-2 formation? (Or any formation for that matter!!) I play with Roma and De Rossi got 15 yellows in 21 Serie A matches! Aquilani and Perotta also got big numbers. Have a Valencia game with the same problem. Can anyone maybe give me some hints as to why these high numbers of yellow cards are produced? Have been considering putting their tackling on easy (right now its on normal), but for DMCs or MCs to hold back in their efforts to get the ball - that seems a uncharateristical in my book.
Prehaps the players you mentione are hopeless at tackling and very unproffesional? Then even on easy tackling they may often clip the ankles of opposition midfielders.
Hi Dmaster2 and Chezwig. Thanks for replying You really think that 15 yellows in 21 matches is reasonable? Neither De Rossi and Perotta are hopeless at tackling. Aquilani is not that adept a tackler, yet he is the one who got the fewest yellows..Has no one experienced, what they thought to be a remarkable high number of yellow cards produced??
