i find that when they ar ein shooting positions that they sometimes waste the opportunity with a short pass or a cross ball that just goes out for a goal kick. i shud be able to tell them to shoot everytime or when they are in good positions to atempt a shot.

yeah but even ppl like ronaldihno who has a decision of 19 still doesnt shoot its like the game knows you need a goal so it just doesnt let them shoot.

I only play lower league management, so free kicks etc are worthless to me right now. I would be interested to know if players who regularly score free kicks in real life bag a few in the game? Guys like Nakamura who seem to score them for fun. If they are missing them in they are not getting them in the game I would say it was an issue...regardless of confidence and ******** like that.

I get quite a few free kick goals, more from corners though. And yes, the better free kick takers are pretty dangerous unless their close to the wall in which they usually pass along it.

i've scored a few beauties from freekicks. its either gerrard or riise that take mine but masch scored a cracker not that long ago. they all seem to shoot.

I think that would be good in the tactics screen to have an option to tell a freekick taker to shoot directly, cross or a mix of the two

I want the opposite, I have some very crappy freekick takers, i wanna ban them fromblasting it in the wall everytime.
