Fourth season and I get to a CL final, don't recognise the stadium name so google it. This is what I find:

Haha thats quite funny. What was the attendance? There was a UEFA Cup final staged in Finland on mine.

Same stadium was used for the 2010 CL final in my save.

Stadium allocation for European finals has been a mess for a number of years now. I've seen both CL & UEFA cup finals played in stadiums with capacities under 20K in previous version of FM, I would have thought implementing UEFA's stadium ranking system would be reasonably easy for SI.

I had the 2010/11 Champions League final between Real Madrid and AC Milan played in front of 16810 people in Tampere, Finland.
