Does anyone have any silly superstitions they use while playing the game?
I bought a new computer chair and subsequently went on a 4 match losing streak with FC Bayern, changed back to my old chair and started winning again.
Years ago when playing cm97/98 i was playing in the CL Final when my gran came round so I had to go say hello and switched off my screen with the game still running. I came back to a winning scoreline of 5-0 against Juve so I started switching it off every time I had a big game.
Incredibly sad but please don't tell me i'm the only one.
I always put the mouse cursor to the side of my teams attacking bar - Have done so since the first ever CM, when I used to always put the cursor over the middle line of the 'A' in 'Attacking' - Dunno why....
Actually add that to my list Ganja Man only difference is i put the cursor over my teams name and usually between the likes of Newcastle and United or Bayern and Munchen.

Don´t really have one for the newest game but in the older ones I used to click to come to the tactic screen just because I thought the other team scored fewer times then.
i always leave the cursor in the same place and i have no idea why. always on the 1st letter of the team i'm managing and i also have a wee goodluck mascot that gets thrown across the room when things don't go so well. :p better him than the mouse that was thrown when i lost a local derby even though i was 2-0 up and 20 mins to go! :eek: had to wait till the next day to buy a new one so i could vent my anger on my team
