how do i get a senior player to tutor a youngster?? ive seen it on other teams but do not know how to do it?? anyone?

Player INteraction, at the very bottom.

only works if the player to be tutored is less than 24 years old

Some more detail:
Pick the young player to be tutored.
Go into player interaction.
At the bottom there should be a line Linked player.
Pick the player you want to tutor him and chose one of the options above.

yeah it does... Scholes did wonders with Anderson and Ronaldo made Ben Arfa into the best player of my team.

This may be yesterdays news to everyone, but I only just discover it!!! If you go into coach reports on a players profile, your assistant will recommend a tutor for that player, nice touch I thought! :thup:

When you pick a player to tutor another, you get three options i think, for example one says something alone the lines of "player X can learn from player Y" another one says " player Y to become a role-model" etc etc.

is there really any difference in the results? whats the best one to pick?
