well its wat it sounds like mate.
instead of 95 by 95 pixel pics, sum ppl use slightly larger pic.
theres a modification which allows this, then you needa get large pic facepacks

There just slightly bigger picture, nothing changes just the visual effect, it's really a matter of choice, you can either get skins with larger pictures enable or try a fix link below:

but if you change to large. what happens to the current pics that you have. do they get bigger or just not show up?
