What exactly is it you want to do?

screen capture?
add a background?
add a player picture?

having read another post of your's, I suspect you want a background picture.

In that case:

1. Find the backgrounds folder in your FM installation (normally CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\graphics\backgrounds).

2 .Backup the default.jpg image.

3. Add your new picture of Kaka/pazzini - whoever you want

4. Rename it default.jpg
