You may have had trouble finding it because its actually a FM06 add-on. It still works for 07 though.

I installed it to the right place and I can see the images in the folders but they don't show up during the game!

Any ideas?

Im sure you have put them in the right place but I have to ask, you've put it in the program files/si/fm07 ....etc folder, not the my docs/si/fm....etc folder? I ask as this is one of the few downloads that has to go in the "proper directory" rather than the My Documents/si/fm07 folders.

I'd imagine you'd have to treat it as if you were installing new backgrounds or logos. Meaning, have you tried the untick the "use skin cache" and tick the "always reload on confirm" in preferences thing?
