Thats exactly whats happened to me, except in my case it also happens in the default flexion skin too. Ive tried numerous times to ask for help but no-ones given me a decent response apart from do a clean reinstall (which didnt do anything). However even with those buttons missing you can still access your match tactics by clicking on your team name in-game. Sorry i know this isnt of much use but you can sort of get by...

hey i know this is old and all but i have only just seen the skin and it looks real cool. only problem is the link doesn't take you to the place and i can't find the skin. could someone please provide me with a direct link to it?
