Help with FMM 2.14

Hi, Have just downloaded the fmm 2.14, just wondering what I have to do to it next. This is the first time I have used the function, so am completly in the dark.
How come it comes as a .rar file, and what does this mean, do I have to move it somewhere, Please help.

Use WinRar ( free download ) to unzip the download then click on the .exe file to open FMM. On the home page, click on LOAD then type in either a player or team then you can edit. Click on Save before closing any page to be sure that your changes are saved.

P.S the game needs to be running to use FMM.

I make a player with all stats 100 then after one match his stats drop down to 80. Why is this and how can i get round it.

you have to set CA and PA higher aswell

yeah the ca and pa are both set to 200. anyone know why these stats keep droping?
