Default Convincing a Manager to become an Assistant Manager
Does anyone know of a way I can make a manager to become my assistant? My club is his favourite club, however he IS the previous manager. At the start of the game they had to sack him in order for me to take over the club...

Whenever I offer him a contract, he says he isn't interested. I've tried editing his reputation with FMM 2.14, but it seems that no matter what I do he always states the he isn't interested in the role I'm offering him.

i would try to get an assistant manager instead of a manager to be your assistant manager.

Well, I kinda thought of that possibility..

HOWEVER if there is any chance of getting this guy, than I'd love to get him as I like his stats, his way of playing etc. I also like the guy IRL so it would be a dream to get him.
