Can anyone tell me who won Promotion to the above Leagues as im trying to update my Editor so that its done for the coming season.

Oh and also which Teams were relegated to which Leagues, I know the relegated sides were:

Scarborough
Worksop
Lancaster
Hayes
West Super Mare
Bedford

Just not sure which Leagues they go into.

The teams going out of the conference south are;
Bedford finshed bottom - I think went into southern league
Farnborough - went bust, new team formed and went into Ryman one
Hayes, Yeading - both merged together to form Hayes & Yeading FC playing at Hayes

Teams coming in are
St Albans - from conference
Hampton & Richard - won Ryamn league
Bromley - won ryman play-offs
Bath City - won Southrem league
Maindenhead -won southern play-offs

For BSNorth

Burscough and AFC Telford Utd have come up from Northern league.
Moor Green have merged with Solihull to form Solihull Moors.
Coming down from the conference there is Altrincham, Southport and Tamworth.

For the relegated teams Scarborough and Worksop have gone down to the Northern Premier and Lancaster down to the level below that.
