how to increase a goalkeeper's attributes?

i juz got akinfeev and i would like to increase his 'reflexes' and some other attributes...is there any way for me to do so that i could increase his attributes ?

thx for the link...but,apart from the discussion, the link(slideshow)is gone...so i cant view the traning schedule...

Goalkeepers are pretty easy to train though. Just put Goalkeeping on almost High (1 notch underneath) and also a little strenght and aerobic and defending or course.

Put "Tactic" training on maximum;
Seriously, the GK attributes will go up enormously.

Then all you need is a working game to test it on, as FM07 is broke.
