INTRODUCTION
Hi there veryone this is my first tactic post so i am only really looking for advice on the one i have created. After i have gathered all the advice i need to make this tactic a bit better i will release the tactic for download.

I have created this tactic using Arsenal. The reason for this is that i wanted to create a tactic that will be very high in the possesion and pass completion areas and Arsenal have the perfect setup for it as the players are specialist in keeping the ball.
My strongest team is:

DR - Glen Johnson
DL - Armand Traore
DC - Curtis Davies
DC - Kolo Toure
MR - Alexander Hleb
ML - Robin Van Persie
MCd - Gilerto Silva/Abou Diarby
MCa - Cesc Fabregas/Tomas Rosicky
FC - Eduardo/Theo Walcott
TM - Nikolas Bendtner
I have sold Clichy, Adebayor, Senderos and Eboue.

Here is a summary of my possession a pass percentage.

Averages over 32 games.
Passing=74.6%
Possession=56.6%
Totals over 32 games
Shots=407
On Target=179
Goals=65

As you can see from the stats i seem to completly out play the opposition every game. The only problems i have are i dont covert enough of my chances and the oppotion always convert theres. I get How did he miss that and That was a terrible miss captions come up which i really annoying. I also have my the problem of the player i have long shoy on rarely always seem to be having a pop for long range and the player who can hit the ball from range always pass back when they have a great chance to take a shot.

Other than what i have listed the tactic seems to be working fine. If there is anthing you think i need to add just let me know and i will tell you.

REMINDER
The tactic is not available for download YET but when i have tweeked it to my satisfaction then i will release it.

you seem to be doing a lot of things right. i do not understand why your conversion rate is so low though, as you play a slower tempo. (which is usually accredited to squander mania)

Are you at least winning most matches with it? OOr are you getting those dreaded "we dominated the entire match, but they had 2 shots and won the match" syndrome ?

@Warrenwwr I have no idea why i dont convert as many chances, Bendtner is the top scorer in the league and Eduardo and Walcott have both hit over 10 goals each. My defense is a bit sloppy, my center backs (Toure and Davies/Gallas) have good average ratings and are playing really well it seems to be on the wings where i get punished and Eboue and Clichy had poor rating (before i sold them), Johnson and Traore havent really played enough games yet.

@johnlj My record is P35 W22 D6 L7 but the games that i lose i mostly dominated and the opposition scores with 1 of there 2 shots and win 1-0. The only game that i lost that i didnt dominate was against Chelsea and the played a 4-1-3-2 with 3 centre mids, the tactic seems to strugle against this formation as Man City played the same and i only just beat the 3-2.

You will need a good target man and also a fast striker. I used Bendtner and Van Persie and they were awsome.
The FCL is the target man and the MCL is the more defensive one. I wont go into to much detail but if you would like to know anything about the tactic that i havent mentioned then just ask.

THIS TACTIC WAS MADE WITH MY ARSENAL TEAM, SO DONT START WHINGING IF IT DOESNT WORK FOR YOU STRAIGHT AWAY. IT HAS ONLY STARTED TO WORK PROPERLY FOR ME AND I AM NEARING THE END OF THE FIRST SEASON.

FINNALY A GOOD TACTIC AFTER 2 seasons struggling to keep rostock up in bundesliga im finnaly in top half after 5 wins in a row with this tacic its 09/10 season now

Glad to hear you had a good start with the tactic. What haas your possession and pass percentage been like? and have you made any tweeks at all?

The only problem that i cant seem to rectify is my defense not keeping enough clean sheets. I have had a few more draws than i would like and if my defense would have played a bit better they would have been wins.

Here is an example of what this season has been like. If you look at the match stats then i should have easily won this game. Even though the i scored plenty i really shouldnt of conceded that many.
