Rep Power: 0 | **** it, I'll give it a whirl. I think I might give it a try with Arsenal. Could you post a screenshot of how the formation is in the game, as I am unsure to the midfield. Are CM'S or are they DMC's?
I will give this a go, and post up my team /player instructions as I go along. If that is ok with you, I take it its a fast, attacking tactic, with short passing? |

Rep Power: 0 | Excuss the double post, just to clear up is it alright to use an unoffical date update?
Also, Cleon I have seen the screenshot now, so that is sorted now. Would it be fine to create a tactic set of several versions of the tactic, and obviously use them for tweaking purposes, but see which one is the most effective. |

Looks an interesting formation that could be used in many teams. I will keep a lookout to see how this works out.

Would it be better to take away the farrows?
| I've noticed this myself and its something I am trying in my friendlies now. I'll post more about what I founds working and isnt for me when I'm at the first proper game. Quote: |

| You can use whatever data update you like it makes no difference to me.
I'll probably just have 1 tactics I tweak but sure its sensible to create a coup,e of versions for certain scenarios.

I tried the Hungarian version of this a while back and failed miserably. Perhaps I didn't know what I was really doing.
I think the one centre half will be the biggest problem. I know the Hungarians in their variation (and later the Dutch/Ajax in total football) played a very very high d-line and a sweeper keeper (the latter could be crucial). You may have problems against teams with pace.
Are you planning to buy any players? Crouch upfornt looks good as I think the tall centre forward was a key feature in this formation.

| In the one I did on 05 what was poular I used a keeper sweeper. I'm tempted to use it now but I might get caught out bad but its something I can experiement with when I'm happy with the rest of the settings.
I bought a few new players but only 1 first team player I think. Lucas is the first teamer who will play when fit, but as of yet everyone else is just to add depth who I brought in. I'll touch upon that when I've actually finished in transfer market.
My friendlies have been incositent until the 2 I just played. I think I maye have found the settings I should work from now and I just hammered Benfica 4-1. I know there only friendlies but my outer forwards are actually scoring in these games, which I always found a problem before.

cleon i have a questions:
1.can wingers be AML, AMR and not FL FR?
2.can DMs be MCs with barrows
3.can we play with 2 strikers and 1 AMC instead of 1 striker and 2 AMCs
MY SUGGESTION
DEFENCE
why not playing with 3 defenders together without sarrows but to give the left and right often crossing and team width :wide.
i use this and it works they have the most passes. They will also have a lot closing down and will close down their wingers too..
MIDFIELD
instead of DMs i would put in MCs. One of them (stronger, taller, defensive) with lower mentality, and one more creative
(CLEON i dont think ur formation will work as u have 2 creative DMs-u would need one Gattusso style-destroyer-or sissoko(tall)
can u try this defensive part of the team, it works for me but i dont know how it will for u?
i tried like this before(not enough attacking) http://img232.imageshack.us/img232/7...enovanabi6.png
like this: http://img503.imageshack.us/img503/3...enovanark7.png
but this one works best for me(u can put one ST to AM): http://img442.imageshack.us/img442/3...enovanaki1.png |

Rep Power: 0 | First thing is first, setting the formation and design of the tactic to be. For this I decided to narrow my 4 variations of the design, into two. They will then be editable for the framework, for both home and away games.
Version one, which will be the design for away games: [img=http://img154.imageshack.us/img154/3729/vieg3.th.jpg]
Version two, which will be the design for Homw games: [img=http://img461.imageshack.us/img461/8858/viifj7.th.jpg]
This creates my formations set, which I am keeping as simple as possible.
For my tactic to be created round this, Like to make my Away tactic, as on which is quite attacking, but looks to play more direct and at a slightly quick pace.
Whilst my home tactic, will be a touch slower, and the passing will be shorter, and play will be more attacking.
As both formations are fairly wide, I will be playing with a bit of width, but not a lot due to there been now wide midfielders. So I will play with more width, on the more direct tactic. |
