Give them little closing down so they are not always next to someone they are marking (zonal marking for them too).
Also try sarrowing them.
Also if they are creative and good with decisions increase their creative freedom.

yeh give them little closing down and sometimes pull them to the lines for crossing chances.

Find a player with preffered move "runs into channells" ("gets into oppenent's area" is good too). Have him tutor your younger strikers.
When using strikers who "runs into channels" be sure to have plenty of through balls...you'll carve up defenses.
