Oke... how many times can i maximum change my tactics in one season? Cause it seems the tactic lost its 'flavour'.
And should I only do it when the players have a superb morale?

i wouldnt suggest u change ur tactics in the middle of the season. Especially not the formation because it would take a while for your player to gel and that might cause some disruptancy.

ignore that...just realised gelling is for players with players rather than players with formations!

just finished 10th with a team tipped for relegation (max.14th position) and I feel ... I dunno ... unhappy that I didnt reach playoffs for Europe. But shouldnt I just be proud?
