do you think the tactic will work in england aswell mate
I have tried it in Brazil, Spain, Italy and Germany with some mixed results.
I started a game with Dortmund and my results were erratic but I managed to win the league in season 2 (that after finishing one point behind surprise first season winners Hamburg)
In Brazil I did wonders with Sao Catanio but lack of funds forced me to abandon the game eventually.
In Italy I dominated with Fiorentina for 6 years winning 4 league titles and 1 champions cup. With Parma I struggled big time and managed only 3rd place finish after 3 seasons.
The tactic works well over all and I hope it does the same for you.
It looks very good, have you met some problems in defence with only one central midfielder? In detail, though there are 4 midfielder in the tactic board, it's actually 3, the AMC works more like a second striker. Moreover, since the side midfielders move up to AM position when they join attack, you actually have one midfielder in the center when you lose possession. If you opponent prefers attack through center, how could you defend it? Personally, I like 3 midfielders, especially position them as your tactic, but I need a reliable defence with this system, what's your opinion?

The tactic needs a lot more testing. During my years with Valencia I purchased some solid defenders with high attributes in the right areas. PACE, MARKING, STRENGTH, HEAEDING, JUMPING etc...
As I mentioned before, the global mentality is a defensive one so even with the wingers converging during attack, I expect them to take up their original positions once possession is lost.
MY defenders are on low closing down so even if possession is lost the shape of my back four remains intact.
I have forgotten my memory stick at home AGAIN so I am unable to upload the tactic but I promise I will put it up for some of you guys to try.

Hi mate, this is the latest version. I have also kept pretty much all earlier versions. All had a good success period. Some performed better than others BUT they are based on the same 4-3-1-2 and same global settings.
