i havent seen this disscussed yet so i thought i'd post my attacking system:
standard 4-3-3, passing set to first notch of mixed, tempo to last notch of slow (5). though all players have individual passing instructions- th front 3 all being on very short.
what i do is set the fc (torres) to swap with aml (robinho), aml to swap with amr (nani) and amr to swap with fc. tick free role for all 3 and set CF to high (about 15). this basically rotates all 3 players (i got the idea from remebering rikjards tactic against madrid a cuple of years back where he had deco, eto-o and ronaldinhon switch evry 5 mins - man marking when tits up and they romped 3 or 4-0 - dont know why i remebered it now but anyway) i find that the increased movement creates alot more openings than usual, and there seems t be an increased success rate for diagonal balls in i.e, they're usaully recievd in time and space to get a good shot off. also if the standard off opposition allows then i have one of my mcs (de guzman) set to fwd runs often, and he has a delicious habit of arriving late to slot in ala cahill when hes not injured. obvously needs good players to work but when it does its great to watch.
i am going to try it with barca. iam using a 433 i wanted to make my playes swap positioms when i was making the tactic but did not think it would work well.
seems to work fine  but i prefer my striker who is the best finisher and holds the threat to be always in the middle. this would work very good if the three players are all good finishers.(i still beat my opponant 2-1)
is there no problem with swapping positions? because every player has his own preferences... so if you swap position between players they might mix with player's instructions ..?
