hi

ive always wondered what training schedules to put my left and right sided players on

most training packs have wingers,midfielders and attacking midfielders , i play a 4-5-1 and hleb and rosicky play on the sides with foward arrows ,what is the best schedule to put them on?

Mix it around a bit. For example, I switch Ronaldinho between a custom-designed wingers schedule and an attacking midfield schedule after a period of time, usually every month or two. Analyse how each of your players is responding to the allocated training schedule, then possibly change things round if necessary. Try this at the end of each month once training feedback has been given by the ass man.
