A 1-0 win over Man U, playing at home and missing a lot of chances isn't overly impressive really. The screen says you're in November 2007 - have you gone any further with the tactic and what have the best results been?

Just a couple of things, you really need to give a general run-down of the tactic, not many people are gonna take it all that serious if you're just saying that you've created a super tactic.
Post some screenshots of your team set-up, league table etc. What you do during certain situations (ie when losing, winning by a few goals etc)
And as everyone else has said, you really ought to cut out the txt speak, makes it difficult for those of us who have english as a first language, nevermind the people who don't
