i spent 15 mill and he just wont perform at all,hes tgetting the distrubution but not finishing grrr.also big roman sold mikel and essien behind my back got a cool 40 million for them though,is that good or bad?

Martins - not really played with him but seeing as he's really quick, try to have a counter-attack game and/or target man with Martins as the TM (supply - run onto ball). Have done this with other quick strikers in the past and its worked well for me.
Mikel and Essien - is that 40M in total or 40M for each? If its 40M in total (as I suspect), then you've been ripped off. Essien is worth more than that alone IRL, let alone the game where the values are much inflated. Mikel should be worth around 20M if he's been playing a few games every now and then. If its 40M EACH, you've still got robbed on Essien but made a killing on Mikel. Almost balances out Essien's ridiculous price.
i cant describe how gutted i am that big roman accpted it after reading how much hes actually worth,ive not really missed him still on course for the treble including champs league,i have options of fernandes ballack lampard or cole or gonzaleous or kalou in the middle so plenty of options
Maybe lower the tempo to give him more time on the ball, seeing as his decisions stat isn't great. That way he'll have more time on the ball and will probably get more goals.
why is martins playing so bad 
and 15 for mikel,absolutley gutted.
