scout russia between the ages of 18 and 24. . they have a few great russian strikers which you can make big!
Huntelaar will be available in your budget. Great striker. Also, Rodrigo Palacio is brilliant. Saviola at Real Madrid will be listed as backup and will be available cheap (or you can get him on loan for the season). Adriano is another (if he's still listed as backup). Again, you can get him on loan if he's a backup. I dont personally like him so wouldnt recommend signing him.
