Felipe is the better player, harder to sign and will cost more but develops in to a top centre back. samba is more of a cover for your top centre backs

definately Felipe, he was a similar player to Barzagli for my barca team in season 5: had like 20 tackling, marking, jumping, but not a fast DC

Samba but a mile

is cheaper, great in the air and has amazing strengh whilst being a good tackler and great marker

I have tried both and Felipe sucks big time. I would go for Samba. He is bigger stronger and he gets faster. He is a great defender for the prem.
