When managing Newcastle I brought in Marcel Desailly and he's been superb. Originally would only join as a coach but offered him the role the next month and he accepted.

I always bring in Palace's goalkeeping coach as mine but as your Arsenal you'd probably be able to find someone much better

Pako is by far the best. He is never wrong about anything on my game, if hes available it shouldnt even be worth thinking about

Just look up their stats, that what I always do
The only thing I like about the asst. is his comments about wages and signing new players, otherwise I roll-over him
