When you scout a player or look at a coach report sometimes silver starts ome up instead of gold stars what do these mean?

im pretty sure thats for youth players...so if they had 5 silver stars theyd be a really good youngster

i think its showing a rating of players who are not a one gold star standard yet, when they progress from 5 silver stars they move to 1 gold

They changed it all around for this game but if you bought the game instead of downloading a torrent then it tells you in the book
