Do you ever think the next level of the pyramid will be in the game.
Do you think Rymans/Unibond or in Scotland the Highland league will ever be a part of the game?
The conference sth/nth are great innovations to the game and surely the levels below will have more gamers then Indonesia. I've been off from work this week and decided to start a game in a random country - Indonesia it was. It was a nightmare gave up after 3 hrs ever player and club sounded the same.

I hope these leagues are not added to the game, since it would be almost impossible to realistically portrait them. You would have players not being able to play on the matchday because they have to drive a lorry for work, or they quit your club because they are moving to Aunt Polly for some other school.

Well I for one do not see the point in putting the Highland league in the game as there is no regular way to get promoted to the professional leagues. Anyway if you put the Highland league in you would also have to put in the East of Scotland league as well.

What Ollie said, but something I'd never thought of before last night...
I was reading my Team's website, looking up past players, etc., and I came across a phenomenon that can't be exclusive to the Scottish Junior game...players disappearing
They play a couple of games, do okay...and just disappear, never to return, never answering phone calls from the Club.
One player in particular I'd actually managed in CM at Livingston. He pulled on the shirt of vatious other League teams, ended up at Haddington, then just disappeared without trace.
Is it just a case of they can't be bothered anymore...or is there a reason why the local pie shop's so popular?

I'd bettter have Italian Serie D, Spanish 3ยช and more levels added to other leagues, to be frank.
Regarding Ian's post, I cannot talk about footie, but in basketball it also happened a lot.
You played a team during the league first round and when you played them back you found 4/5 new faces.
I don't know what's the standard nowadays, but back in the early 90s it was due to their parents taking them out of the team to make them focus in studying most of the times.
Of course you also had the lad who had stopped studying and started working and couldn't make it to training/matches as it collided with working hours, so he let basketball slip (mind that happened usually at 17-18yo when they realised they weren't going to be world beaters).

Junior Football has nothing to do with age, Jordi. Our SW/DC is 39
In Scotland you have the Seniors, who play in the Scottish League from the SPL to Division 3, then the Juniors who play below this grade, the semi-pros.
It's confusing
