AFCW seems to come up after year 1 or 2 anyway. Complete with kit and sponsor's logo I might add.

Pretty logo they have.

(I assume they are all regionalized).

Just think how much additional work it would take and therefore how many researches would be needed to do this to any accurate degree. Otherwise it will just end up with a load of random binary players in the game and wouldn't actually add any real depth.
Spanish 3ª is formed by 17 groups, but most of the players there are already researched.

Main problem with going that low in Spain is that rosters are usually completed by October in 3ª, thus making it difficult to send the data in time for the release of the game.

There are other stand-alone leagues in the game, such as the Welsh one, so that isn't an inherent problem.

However I do think there is a major FM logistical reason for not going further down the pyramid. In FM07 the staff & players' attributes were down-scaled significantly - a huge improvement to the game IMO. At LL level it means we have staff and players who have key attributes in modest single digits; at a lower level most attributes would have to be bunched around 1-4 maybe.

Having said that I's love the Highland league to be in just so I could regularly read the commentary line, "Fort William have a mountain to climb" :p

There are 9 leagues which make up Serie D, 162 teams in all.

Not really sure how much research has been done for it, but the necessary information isn't all that hard to find.

I agree with those claiming that other leagues need more depth prior to even lower tiers of England.

I would like to see all one and two level leagues expanded for at least a level. Also, it would be nice to get Germany, Spain, Portugal, France etc. 4th tier at last.

Yes there are other stand-alone leagues but the Highland league is not the highest league in Scotland ala WPL. I suppose it would be good to cut your teeth in but part of the fun in playing, for me anyway, is the possibility of promotions/relegations and European competition, non of which you can do in the highland league.

It took the merger of 2 highland league clubs to get Caley Thistle in and Peterhead, Gretna and Elgin had to wait for a top level restructure/Club going bust iirc.

I would like to see more detail in the existing leagues in Europe. Italian serie D, Spain's tercera ligue, full detail in the CFA, and also more teams in the Nordic countries.

What he said.

Also I want to see the league below the Welsh Premier and to be able to play in the CFA.

I think the league's are fine but you could not have so many league's with grey players.
