I don't need the lecture about cap locks thank you. I am just asking a question which is i believe relevent to the game as a llm. Lets put the scenario another way. If you play a side in a cup tie from a lower league The opposition striker scores a couple of goals and it goes to a replay and he does the same again and you think he will make a good signing surely it is in the llm concept that you can sign that player.

If you didn't need a lecture you wouldn't have posted in caps, end of.
You see plenty of players scoring in many games, do you go about signing them all? It's only realistic you scout them first, so you can see how well they play even when they don't score.

In answer to your original question (and ignoring the Caps), yes...that's okay as long as he's scouted.
Cut the guy some slack, blokes...it's getting too regular, as per the Hut discussion.

Worth sending the scout to have a look but you will probably find.
a) He is too expensive
b) Doesn't want to join you.
c) Wants the same salary as the rest of your team put together.
d) All of the above.
I treat it the same as hearing about somebody through the media. But with the scouting bug where the scout is finding 10,000+ players I have not bothered chasing these up.

Thank you for the last response. I find these forums useful but this llm one appears to represent the more militant of the fm community. Although the way i play and the lack of time i spend with my other 'arf may seem otherwise, it is only a game. And when someone makes an error in the early hours of the morning asking a semi-serious question about the game leaves the capblocks on in the title only, he does not need sarcastic comments. I once again thank iajafer for his comments. Surely you want this area of fm to grow and expand rather then be some closed shop dictated by petty juvenile behaviour.
